MyF&C Terms of Service

We recommend that the password you use is unique to your ‘My F&C account’ and not one which you use for other websites or portals. You understand that the account is for a single user only and you agree not to share your username or password with any other person. 

You agree that information you provide is factual and accurate. 

You confirm that the registration is about you personally and no other person or third party.

You accept sole responsibility for all use of and for keeping your username and password confidential. You will notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of them or any other breach of security of this Site of which you become aware. 

Fine and Country have the right to disable your account at any time, if we believe you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms. 

What personal data will you need be asked to provide:  

·                First name and surname 
·                Email address 
·                Mobile number and landline number 
·                Home address 

If you are registering for property alters, we will ask for: 

·                Your email address 
·                You will have an option on how often you wish to receive property alerts 

Who will be able to see that personal data 

The only people who will be able to access your data are authorised employees of Fine & Country Ltd and nurtur.group. 

How long with the account be active for 

You have an option to delete your ‘My F&C Account’ at any time. Once you delete your account all of your personal details held against that account will be deleted and no longer available.
